Shaun Pham is the Founder and CEO of Spotlight Asia, a Vietnamese PR professional based in Bangkok for over 17 years, Shaun brings a distinct blend of cultural fluency and global expertise, honed through senior roles at Uber, Ford, and Netflix. Under his leadership, Spotlight Asia has grown rapidly in just five years — expanding from Thailand into Vietnam, Singapore, and most recently the Philippines. Fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Thai, Shaun is known for his bold, insight-driven storytelling and human-centric approach to brand building.
